Note that children weren’t spared.

Has Blackrock as a shareholder (itself a shareholder of the Dutch firm JRM said could solve NI’s border problem, Facebook, Atlas Network’s funder Exxon and Pfizer, Sberbank…)

Donors Trust, Koch, US/Nassau-based Templeton Foundations, various RW US foundations (Chiaroscuro, Carthage, Claws, George Edward Durell, Roe, Goodrich, Lynde and Harry Bradley, Earhart, Scaife…), ExxonMobil, the tobacco industry… (Other link here)

The think tanks of the network also get funding directly from basically the same funders: The Mercer Family, Donors Trust/Donors Capital Fund, the Koch Brothers, aso.

For instance, the IEA, ASI and TPA are funded by the US/Nassau-based Templeton Foundations. (The IEA is also funded by Donors Trust, Jersey, Casinos, BP, alcohol companies, US farmers, various RW US foundations, ExxonMobil, the tobacco industry, various US RW foundations, as well as, er, the BBC)

Note that politicians like Steve Baker also get public funds, shadowy funds through entities like Richard Cook’s CRC and self-alleged foreign disinfo weapons like Putin’s RT.

Ashcroft, Michael

A friend of Mississippi governor Phil Bryant (like Nigel Farage -and Arron Banks? He set his firm Big Data Dolphins Ltd here, and it seems that Mr Bryant was involved.)

Note that Mr Bryant is a partner of the Cleveland Clinic, that Lord Ashcroft is on the board of. Soon to be opened in London.

Please note: Lord Aschroft apparently doesn’t like to talk about it. Deleted tweet here, conversation (well, monologue) above.

A client of Guido’s Paul Staines’ MessageSpace

Assange, Julian

A "beacon of the alternative information that we profess" according to Margarita Simonyan, the Editor-in-Chief of disinfo “weapon like any other” Sputnik/RT

Provided dirt on Hillary

Tweets between Donald Trump Jr and Wikileaks here -Release them was Assange’s idea, he claims.

In *February 2017*, Assange told Izvestia he had dirt on Macron (from Hillary’s personal mail, he said). Yet the Macronleaks weren’t published before the official ban on campaigning began in May -and made no mention of that…

Received non-journalist Farage at the Ecuador Embassy for journalistic reasons, ie so that Farage could *not* write an article about it.

More than once, apparently? Actual aim of these meetings is (still) not clear.

Assange’s links with Cambridge Analytica and Bekah Mercer might deserve more attention

Oh, and the rape case against him has been reopened. Could this case and his efforts to escape the investigation be linked to Wikileaks’ apparent turnabout?

Who picks what Wikileaks publishes? Has something changed, and why?

Atkinson, Janice

Contributor to disinfo/divisive/hateful website Voice of Europe

Linked to/strong supporter of both Trump’s team and Putin

A friend of French and Dutch fascists Le Pen and Wilders, apparently linking the French Gilets Jaune/UK Yellow jackets.

A speaker of the Monday Club, that apparently used to have as a Vice-president Brexitist Patrick Minford (linked to Rees-Mogg/the Economists for Free Trade and the Atlas Network’s think tanks)

As an active member of fascist movement “Generation Identity”, works in partnership with North America far right activits/disinfo tools like Lauren Southern or (Austrian  Identitarian leader Martin Sellner’s girlfriend) Brittany Pettibone, both linked to Putin’s mad strategist Alexander Dugin (also linked to Russian Generation Identity), also friends of Brexit Party’s Nigel Farage

Atlas Network

Founded by (IEA founder) Anthony Fisher to "litter the world with Right Wing (conservatist, deregulatist, wealthy funders friendly) think tanks"

Note: Anthony Fisher’s daughter (Linda Whetstone, board chair) and granddaughter (Rachel Whetsone, ex-Google Global head of communications and public policy, David Cameron’s Strategy Director Steven Hilton ex-wife, former Michael Howard’s adviser) play a prominent role in the Atlas Network.

Built to be the fake grassroot voice/astroturfers of the Tea Party

Today gathering roughly 485 think tanks in 94 countries. Among the most famous, the Heritage Foundation, the Cato Institute, the IEA, the ASI, the TPA, the WTA (Word’s Taxpayer alliance)

Organises the coordination of its many members so they all say the same things -while they pretend to be different, grassroot voices, not the puppets of their funders- thanks to training and conference (like IEA’s regular meetings or this conference with Grover Norquist, the man behind Matthew Elliott’s TPA, who introduced him to his current wife, currently head of Farage Friendly Trump’s party in the UK)

Tightly knit with the Templeton foundation (his two last CEO on the board of the three foundations, while -coincidentially?- being the heads of the American friends of the IEA as well)

Note: The Atlas network now has a new president, Matt Warner.

The Atlas Network funds its members.

Note that it is now funding them through anonymous “grants to recipients”.

One of its think tank (Cato Institute) met Putin to discuss ”A Liberal Agenda for the New Century: A Global Perspective”

The Atlas Network played a role in brazil’s turn to the Far Right.

BeLeave

Leave campaign

Re: “VoteLeave Broke the Law”, here is Darren Grimes campaigning for Vote Leave instead of its “supposed to be independent“ campaign, to which participated Chloe Westley (and that FTR deleted its Twitter account when Vote Leave sent it money to send to AIQ)

Please note that VL staff (Matthew Elliott, Boris Johnson, Gove, Priti Patel -and the BBC) knew exactly what was going on –“coincidentally” exactly Steve Baker’s plan to break the spending limits.

To illustrate this, let’s take a closer look at the BeLeave team:

Darren Grimes, aside from his role in Vote Leave and Beleave, was featured in Baker / Harwood’s Students for Britain’s campaign, and chosen by the BBC for Generation 2016 project for the EU referendum, with no disclosure of  his involvement in Leave campaigns), now working for the IEA after a while at Matthew Elliot’s Brexit Central.

Jonathan Andrews (BeLeave, Vote Leave)

Luis Lopez (BeLeave, Vote Leave, Liberal Leave -as confirmed by Steve Baker)

Ann Cremin (BeLeave, Vote Leave, Liberal Leave, Women for Britain), also chosen by the BBC for Generation 2016 project for the EU referendum, with no disclosure of her involvement in Leave campaigns, now working as an 'Associate Performance Analyst' for the House of Commons (after being a content designer).

Tom Harwood (BeLeave, Vote Leave/Students for Britain, designing the condoms advertised by Darren when he was campaigning for Vote Leave instead of his own campaign (note that Students for Britain also had material with their own name), also chosen by the BBC for Generation 2016 project for the EU referendum, with no disclosure of his involvement in Leave campaigns, now working for Guido after a gig at the HOC.

Vote Leave, itself funded by  Diana Van Nievelt Price , Jeremy Hoskins, Patrick Barbour, Gladys Bramall, International Motors, Peter Cruddas, Terence Adams, Jonathan Wood, John Stuart Wheeler, John Wheeler, Stuart Wheeler, Michael Farmer, Seven Towns Ltd, Tim Martin, Michael Freeman, Jeremy Adams, J C Bamford Excavators Ltd, Jeremy Knight Adams, Roger Bootle, David Lilley, (IEA member) Michael Hintze, Paul Marshall, Robert Hiscox,  Harris Ventures Ltd,  WA Capital Ltd,  Jon Moynihan,  The Bristol Port Company,  Simon Wolfson… (Link to the unworkable Elec Com files here -Who can explain me why most donations, but not all, are indicated twice?)

Like Out&Proud, Green Leaves and Liberal Leave, BeLeave campaign material (concept and website, recruitment) was funded by Vote Leave.

Whether or not Vote Leave benefited from undisclosed free services from political advertising company MessageSpace remains an open question.

Hannan, Daniel

ERG-founder Daniel Hannan was the ACRE (Alliance of Conservatives and Reformists in Europe) Secretary-General until recently. The ACRE is affiliated with the European Conservatives and Reformists Parliament group (that used to have United Russia (Putin’s party) MPs as members). It supports offensive behaviours in the name of the “Freedom of Speech”, and negotiates Europe’s future directly with think tanks like (Atlas Network member) Heritage Foundation.

He gave the “Chlorinated Chicken is just great” toast at an Atlas Network event. More on his support to kill food safety here.

Hannan has also worked for US Atlas Network think tanks like the Heritage Foundation and the Cato Institute -a lot.

With strong links to Trump’s crew, he began in Young America’s Foundation/Young Britain’s Foundation.

He is now the director of his own think tank, the IFT (had to ditch the “Institute for Free Trade” name as it didn’t qualify as an Institute) that he apparently subsidise with… EU funds. His IFT partner Naweed Khan seems interesting.

Interestingly, this Vote Leave/Atlas Network guy is also close to (Russian spy Maria Butina's good friend) John Bolton, calling him one of the "best friends of Britain". Bolton is the former Chairman of the Gatestone Institute (that has Young Britain’s Foundation/Breitbart Kassam and Veterans for Britain Richard Kemp as “distinguished” fellows, and had Bekah Mercer on its board), specialised in  islamophobic disinfo.

He was a speaker at CPAC 2012.

He’s a member of the Bow Group, whose young wing tells young people that Putin is fine and that “Donald Trump should be in charge of Brexit”. The Bow group is interesting, as it links LeaveEU/BrexitParty Farage, ERG Daniel Kawczynski, "the guy there when Trump signs bills" John Redwood, and Banks’ "Blue Wave" Steven Woolfe.

He’s a member of the racist, anti-immigrant, pro-Putin’s Bruges Group, that donated money to LeaveEU and participated to the IEA ‘Brexit Prize’ (winner’s plan here).

He was a speaker for the Freedom Association, in the “let’s get out of Europe” session organised by the (apolitical ?) TPA, sponsored by the Daily Express.

He’s also part of the Museum of Communist Terror’s crew.

Private (third-party) organisation ERG is funded by UK taxpayers (+331k) and possibly anonymous donors as it has a second bank account and IPSA can’t scrutinise it -as it’s a private organisation.

Weirdly the ACRE is partly funded by the head of the (Atlas network member) Friedrich A. v. Hayek Institut (IIAE = International Institute Austrian School of Economics)/nationalist Freedom Party’s Barbara Kolm (& friends) -when their party is not part of the ACRE, but of another EU parliament group (Europe of Nations and Freedom Group).

Also the man behind Matthew Elliott’s TPA, who introduced him to his current wife, a former employee of Norquist and the GOP -in charge of big donors- currently head of Farage Friendly Trump’s party in the UK)

Open Europe

Part of the Atlas Network

Part of the (now dissolved) Stockholm Network, advocating the end of social protection system, privatisation of healthcare, flat taxes, no environmental protection.

Connected to Cameron's advisers, and praised by Cameron -and Boris Johnson. Advised by business leaders.

Linked to Andrea Leadsom and “Let’s move to Singapore” Tim Martin. Apparently quite influential and pro-Hard Brexit.

Sponsor of (Leave donor’s Paul Marshall’s) Prosperity conference (That had Singham as a speaker peddling the “the world will bow to Britain” myth)

One of its former researcher, Christopher Howarth, happens to now be the only staffer of the ERG

One might wonder -given the quality of his explanations- how he got the job, and what research he provided to Open Europe.

Donors Trust, Koch, US/Nassau-based Templeton Foundations, various RW US foundations (Chiaroscuro, Carthage, Claws, George Edward Durell, Roe, Goodrich, Lynde and Harry Bradley, Earhart, Scaife…), ExxonMobil, the tobacco industry… (Other link here)

Linked to the Trump Brexit team, namely the Gatestone Institute’s John Bolton, the Cato Institute and the Heritage Foundation

Templeton foundations / First Trust Bank

A member of the “Gathering”, a Christianist, hard-right, pro climate change network

Happens to have the Atlas Network’s former and current CEO on its board (Who also happen to be the former and current head of the American Friends of the IEA)

Happens to be funding the Atlas Network.

Sponsoring the Antigua forum (See the entry :  where the think tanks' network, their funders, Google, Facebook/Trump's funder Thiel Foundation, bitcoiners,  ex-advisor of Putin  & pro-"no rules" politicians meet.

Main funder of the ASI in 2015 (for the movie Magna Carta, made in partnership with WagTV) -Did that huge amount of money gave it access to Power Lunches BTW?

Gave a grant to the IEA to advocate the eradication of the NHS and private pensions

Gave a grant to the IEA to “convert young people’s mind and influence policy makers and journalists”

Gave a grant to “Go Hard Brexit” head campaigner (ex-Legatum, now IEA) ERG officious member Shanker Singham

Very pro-GM.

Funding Russian orthodox fighting secularity.

Also, there appears to be a 4th Templeton foundation that the IRS has never heard of.

Note: Until recently it was a shareholder of Alphabet (Google, Youtube)

The Nassau-based religious trust/First Trust bank (more on its director here) funds both other Templeton foundations.

That means (quite probably wealthy) anonymous donors.

Tax haven trust means anonymous, wealthy funders, and raises questions : For instance, if Monsanto was a funder, it’s not unreasonable to think it could have asked for these pro-GM studies

Doesn’t necessarily means -eg- Monsanto is anonymously funding the offshore trust funding the US foundation funding pro-GM work, but that possibility cannot be dismissed either.

Vote Leave

The designated Leave campaign

Re: “VoteLeave Broke the Law”, here is Darren Grimes campaigning for Vote Leave instead of its “supposed to be independent“ campaign, to which participated Chloe Westley (and that FTR deleted its Twitter account when Vote Leave sent it money to send to AIQ)

Please note that VL staff (Matthew Elliott, Boris Johnson, Gove, Priti Patel -and the BBC) knew exactly what was going on –“coincidentally” exactly Steve Baker’s plan to break the spending limits.

The question of the coordination between Vote Leave, Veterans for Britain and the DUP can also be raised as all send money to the same SM targeted disinfo provider, SCL Canadian office aka Cambridge Analytica aka AIQ.

Vote Leave also coordinated many "grassroot" campaigns aside from BeLeave, like Aussies for Britain, Kiwi for Britain, Uni for Britain, (Make Britain Great Again crew) Uni for Britain, Women for Britain, Students for Britain, Green Leaves, Liberal Leave, Out and Proud… through the use of the same activits and staff.
